These Black Bean Brownies are dense and packed with protein! This recipe can be a pick-me-up snack or a guiltless dessert.
2 cans of Black Beans, rinsed
1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
3/4 cup Truvia (Stevia) Baking Blend
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 tsp. Salt
3 tbsp. Coconut Oil
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Rinse black beans until water runs clear.
Add the eggs, black beans, and almond milk to the blender. Blend until puréed.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender. Blend until mixed.
Pour mixture into a greased 9x13" pan & bake for 25-30 minutes, or until lightly firm and springy. Enjoy!
