    Ingredients

    • 5 Eggs

    • 2 cans of Black Beans, rinsed

    • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

    • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

    • 3/4 cup Truvia (Stevia) Baking Blend

    • 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda

    • 1/4 tsp. Salt

    • 3 tbsp. Coconut Oil

    Directions

    • Preheat oven to 375°F.

    • Rinse black beans until water runs clear.

    • Add the eggs, black beans, and almond milk to the blender. Blend until puréed.

    • Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender. Blend until mixed.

    • Pour mixture into a greased 9x13" pan & bake for 25-30 minutes, or until lightly firm and springy. Enjoy!
