    Ingredients

    • 1 bunch carrots peeled

    • 1 tbsp. grass fed butter

    • 1 tbsp. olive oil or avocado oil

    • Pinch sea salt

    • Honey

    Directions

    • Pre-heat oven to 400°F and prepare half baking sheet with parchment paper.

    • Toss peeled carrots in butter, olive oil, a drizzle of honey, and a pinch of salt. Be sure to coat well.

    • Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Roast for 4-8 minutes (depends on how hot your home oven runs).

    • Enjoy immediately, or hold over for salads or soup!
