This Roasted Carrot recipe is a simple way to incorporate much-needed vegetables into your diet. Pair with a protein of your choosing, or even a salad to boost immune, skin, and respiratory health.
1 bunch carrots peeled
1 tbsp. grass fed butter
1 tbsp. olive oil or avocado oil
Pinch sea salt
Pre-heat oven to 400°F and prepare half baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss peeled carrots in butter, olive oil, a drizzle of honey, and a pinch of salt. Be sure to coat well.
Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Roast for 4-8 minutes (depends on how hot your home oven runs).
Enjoy immediately, or hold over for salads or soup!
