In this recipe, Sienna and Sarah show us how to make Sienna’s famous Vegan Mushroom Tacos. These tacos bring out the delicious carne asada taste without the meat! Watch the video below to learn how to make it yourself!
1 lb of chopped mushrooms (mixed variety)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp cumin
3 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped onions & cilantro
Preheat oven to 400 Degrees
Toss mushrooms in oil, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper and spread out evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet
Roast until the mushrooms are golden brown and fragrant, about 25 minutes
Build the tacos. Add mushrooms and onions/cilantro to taste! Add your favorite salsa or sour cream and bon appetit!
