    Ingredients

    • 2 cups chopped kale

    • 1 cup sliced strawberries (or berries of your choice)

    • 1/4 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)

    • Macadamia nuts or almonds to liking

    • FOR DRESSING:
    • 2 tbsp. olive oil

    • 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice

    • 1/2 tsp. agave

    • Sea salt

    • Black pepper

    Directions

    • Chop up Kale and slice strawberries. Add to a bowl.

    • In a separate bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice and agave. Add sea salt and pepper to taste.

    • Add in nuts to salad bowl and pour dressing over your greens. Toss salad and enjoy!
